Mega Update Day For Apple iOS, OS X and WatchOS

Apple Brand
The last few hours have been rather busy for apple, as it has rolled out updates for the operating systems that power the iphones, ipads, imac and macBooks, the watch, and Apple TV’s. These free updates are now available for users, who can download and install them on their apple devices. We take a look at what is different in each.
IOS 9.2 for iphones, ipads and pod touch
This is the second major software update for the iOS 9 operating system, and includes more than 30 bug fixes, performance improvements and new features for some apps. This comes six weeks after iOS 9.1 was rolled out.
The bug fixes include solving issues that prevented manual iCloud backups from successfully completing, data not appearing in the health app, incomplete week view in calendar and missing data from contacts. The alarm bug has been ironed out too-some users had complained that the alarms did not go off after the previous iOS update.
Apart from that, the mail app now includes mail drop for large attachments, and the stability of the safari web browser has been improved too. Anyone wanting to transfer images from a DSLR camera to the iphones or ipad does not need to plug into a pc running iTunes anymore, with the adapter support now available.
Perhaps, the biggest set of updates has been reserved for the apple music service. Users can now create a new playlist when attempting to add an individual song to a playlist. Usability has been improved too, because the most recently modified playlist is now shown at the top of the list, making it easier to access the music you have just added. There are updates to the iCloud music library too.
The iOS 9.2 is available for iphone 4S and newer, ipod touch 5th generation and newer, and the ipad 2 and newer.
